Schedule of Payments:
50% of rental price is required within 14 days of making
reservation. Balance of rental and damage deposit due in full 45
days prior to arrival.
Damage Deposit:
Your full damage deposit will be refunded within 30 days of departure
provided there is no damage to the villa or its contents, no missing
items, or no extraordinary cleaning.
Cancellations:
- If cancellation is received more than 60 days
prior to arrival date, a full refund less 10% booking fee will
be issued.
- If cancellation is received between 30-59 days
prior to arrival date, 50% of the rental is forfeited.
- If cancellation is received less than 30 days
prior to arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Liability:
Guests are responsible for the security of the villa during
occupancy. The owners of Cruzan Comfort are not responsible for
any claims of property loss or damage or personal injury that may
occur during stay.
Guests are restricted to the number of persons scheduled
for occupancy. In the event of misrepresentation, the renters will
be required to pay the excess fees immediately, or vacate the villa
without refund.
