Cruzan Comfort villa is located in the area of St. Croix best known as Grapetree. It is on the south shore of St. Croix's east end, approximately 15 minutes by car to the town of Christiansted.
The house is ideal for a family or 2 couples because the two private bedroom suites are on opposite sides of the large kitchen and living room area. There is also a laundry room and guest half bathroom.
The large deck spans 2 sides of the house, so you can enjoy the expansive ocean and beach views. The small pool is perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The sitting pool seats six people and has a unique glass block wall with a waterfall that flows into the pool. Even more relaxing than daytime use is gathering in the sitting pool at night for star-gazing.
The deck area has:

- hammock
- two dining tables with chairs
- large awning for shade
- large outdoor bar and stools
- outdoor sink
- gas BBQ grill
- pass-through window to kitchen
The bright and airy kitchen is flooded with natural light from two sides. The kitchen is equipped with:
- electric stovetop and oven
- microwave
- toaster
- dishwasher
- twin-basin sink
- dishes, glasses, silverware
- pots and pans
- basic condiments
The large refrigerator will be clean (but empty) for your arrival. There are ceiling fans throughout to keep the fresh air circulating. The tiled center island invites family and friends to join in the fun of cooking.
Note: Cruzan Comfort can be rented with an optional meal plan that includes dining in with a personal chef(Please discuss this option, and your special preferences, at time of booking).
The newly renovated kitchen is spacious with plenty of counter space.
The shaded bar area is just outside the window.
The indoor dining area sits just off the kitchen. It has sliding glass doors on 3 sides that access the deck. The dining table seats 8 people in perfect comfort.
When you've had all the sunshine you can handle on the deck, the living room will be your next favorite place at Cruzan Comfort. The living room contains:
- two sofas (one is a queen sized sofabed)
- Dish Network satellite television, with movie channels
- DVD player
- VHS player
- CD player and stereo
- books and games
Inside the wood bureau is a complete entertainment center.
One of these comfortable couches is also a sofabed.
Master Bedroom Suite #1 has sliding doors that open to the pool area of the deck. It is a large bedroom that has more than enough space for several people to spread out. Beds can be kept together as one giant king sized bed (for couples), or easily separated into two twin beds (for children). There is an additional roll-away twin bed.
The completely private bathroom is also large, with toilet, sink, vanity, and a shower stall large enough for two!
In addition to a ceiling fan, the bedroom has air conditioning for your ultimate sleeping comfort.
Master Bedroom Suite #2 has sliding doors that open to the hammock area of the deck. It is a spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed.
The bathroom in this suite also has a shower large enough for 2 people. The half height doors between the bedroom and bathroom allow for moderate privacy.
In addition to a ceiling fan, the bedroom has air conditioning for your ultimate sleeping comfort.
